Eligibility and Age Restriction
t999k is strictly available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Duplicate accounts will be suspended without notice, and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.
Registration Requirements

You must not provide false, misleading, or fictitious information at any stage of the registration or verification process. t999k reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
KYC verification is mandatory for all players who wish to make withdrawals from their t999k account. The KYC process may require you to provide:
- A government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or other official document dated within the last 90 days).

User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct
By using t999k, you agree to act in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the t999k platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of any balance or pending winnings:
- Registering more than one account on t999k under any name or identity.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any subsequent verification process.
- Using the t999k platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, exploit, or otherwise interfere with the t999k platform's technical infrastructure.

- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or miscalculated odds, and retaining winnings derived from such exploitation.

- Sharing or selling your t999k account credentials to any third party.
- Using funds on t999k that you do not have the legal right to use (e.g., funds obtained through fraud or theft).

Fraud Prevention

Section 8
Account Suspension and Closure
t999k reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, particularly where there is reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of a breach of these Terms. Account actions that t999k may take include:
- Temporary suspension: Account access is blocked pending investigation. The player will be notified via their registered contact. The suspension is lifted once the investigation is resolved in the player's favour.
- Permanent closure (for-cause): Applied where a serious breach of Terms is confirmed, such as fraud, money laundering, multi-accounting, or bot use. All funds in a for-cause closed account may be forfeited.
- Voluntary closure: A player may request their own account be closed at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any verified balance at the time of closure will be paid out to the player's registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
- Self-exclusion closure: Players who activate self-exclusion via their account settings will have login access blocked for the selected period. See Section 9 for full details.
Where an account is closed by t999k for a reason other than a breach of Terms (for example, due to a platform-side decision to exit a market), any verified remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 14 business days.

Section 10
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable policy, t999k's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
t999k shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of how they arise:
- Loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
- Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
- Service interruptions caused by internet outages, mobile network congestion, third-party payment provider delays, or circumstances beyond t999k's reasonable control.
- Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
- Losses arising from the player's own breach of these Terms, including multi-accounting or bonus abuse.
- Technical malfunctions in third-party game software, provided that t999k has applied its standard void-and-refund procedure for the affected round.
- Delays in withdrawal processing caused by the player's registered payment provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or linked bank).
t999k makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice. During any planned or unplanned downtime, players will not be able to place bets or access their accounts. t999k will not compensate players for missed betting opportunities due to platform downtime unless the downtime directly caused the loss of a confirmed, accepted bet.

Severability

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be construed to give maximum effect to the original intent of the parties.
Entire Agreement

They supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, warranties, and agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the subject matter herein.
